An mp has asked for a debate on the increased teaching and use of British Sign Language.

Bridgend's  Madeleine Moon  raised the issue in the House of Commons following a visit to Archdeacon John Lewis Primary in her constituency.

Children aged three and up are taught sign language at the school, which they use to communicate with two deaf pupils.
